Hybrid Swim-Activewear Line
Identified a new opportunity to blend swimwear and activewear by launching a hybrid line of swim tees and skorts. Developed and introduced the collection with a 70K-unit test order for Costco, which drove follow-up orders through additional retail channels including Amazon and Walmart. This initiative expanded Speedo’s distribution and paved the way for multi-channel growth.
